Ok, so I've never actually watched this video. . . nonetheless it provides A lot of entertainment at my office. Yearly you will find there's gift exchange (kind of like a white elephant or secret Santa). Yearly this VHS Fabio Workout gets passed along. :) Great times. Great laughs. Maybe eventually we'll consider the shrink wrap off and listen to it. For now. . . it's a treasure buy cymbalta online without prescription. Help other customers obtain the most helpful reviews

This can be the best workout video of all the ones

I've ever used in my well being! lol!


Nice warm ups! Exercises that will tone muscle tissue,

increase your flexibility, and challenge your exercise routine

on a slant board to harder positions and levels. The

slant board exercises are toward the finish.


This happens to be a fun video. There offers some cheerful

patter between Fabio and Brenda that is certainly form of funny.
It is a very positive experience to the exercise weary

When Fabio's workout partner, the lovely Brenda Dygraaf, announced how the video may not contain any "confusing choreographed moves," I knew it will be a winner.


Fabio keeps it simple - working the rear, chest, biceps, triceps,legs and abs with simple moves.


You'd think with Fabio as the host, the cheese factor can be high, but it is not. Fabio does make love on the camera through the workout, and the man does remind viewers of precisely how sexy they'll look whenever they follow his workout, along with the tape is peppered with shots of Fabio training shirtless on the rooftop, that is as far as it's going.


Fabio is an extremely likeable host. His extremely chipper workout partner and co-host, Brenda, might become bothersome to those of you who may have a decreased tolerance for happiness, but any friend of Fabio's can be a friend! Help other customers discover the most helpful reviews
